Aušrinė Keršanskaitė is a seasoned Operations leader and the Co-Founder and CEO of Operations Nation, the community-powered knowledge hub connecting startup and scaleup Operations leaders globally.
With over a decade of hands-on experience navigating the unique challenges of fast-growing startups, Aušrinė has played an instrumental role in guiding startups through their evolutionary journey from pre-seed stages to Series B and beyond.
Since launching Operations Nation together with her Co-Founder Charlene Peters Chen, she’s grown the community into a go-to hub for ambitious Operations leaders, from its flagship COO course to sell-out community events, including the popular annual cONference, supporting Operations leaders at every stage of their careers.
When she’s not building the latest community benefit or championing Operations Nation members, you’ll find her reconnecting with creative pursuits like photography and music, and heading outdoors for hikes or long road trips that clear her head and spark new ideas.

Charlene Peters Chen is an experienced Operations Leader, Social Entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Operations Nation, the community-powered knowledge hub connecting startup and scaleup Operations leaders globally.
Charlene brings a wealth of leadership expertise from scaling organisations across industries and geographies, from international non-profits to Fortune 500 companies. She spent 8 years as the COO of socially impactful venture-capital backed businesses in the FinTech and HealthTech industries and currently serves as the Executive Director at Ezrah Charitable Trust, where she invests in social enterprises creating economic opportunities across Africa.
Alongside Aušrinė Keršanskaitė, she has built Operations Nation to the go-to hub for ambitious Operations leaders, from its flagship COO course to sell-out community events, including the popular annual cONference, supporting Operations leaders at every stage of their career.
If she’s not spending time with the team in London, visiting projects in Africa, or spending time with her family in the US and Canada, you’ll likely find her exploring a new country, with her travel list currently sitting at 85 countries visited.
