Co-founder and COO
Justin Etkin is the COO and co-founder of Tropic. He began his career as a consultant at Bain & Company, and later followed a passion for company building that led him to Wunderking (fka BonceX) as an early business hire. While growing the biz ops function, he experienced the challenges of vendor management at a rapidly scaling startup. He teamed up with his co-founder to fill this gap in the market and started Tropic.
